The 19th Changchun Film Festival has opened in Jilin Province, northeast China. Changchun City, home to a film studio seen as the cradle of the modern Chinese film industry, hosts this festival. It serves as a key platform to showcase the evolution of Chinese cinema and celebrate the role of films in reflecting changing times.

Which Chinese film or actor is most popular among young people worldwide? If given the chance to create a Chinese movie, what subject would they choose? Gustavo Cadiz from Bolivia shared with CGTN that he would love to create a film about the lives of foreign entrepreneurs in China, as many international students aspire to start businesses there. Zahra Mirsadeghi from Iran mentioned that she dreamed of coming to China after watching a Chinese movie and noted that many foreign students are captivated by China due to the country's films. Carolina Fabara from Ecuador highlighted that Chinese movies reflect the diversity and inclusiveness of Chinese culture.
