The 2024 Summit for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is about to kick off in Beijing. In this episode of "Dreamers and Doers," CGTN's Xu Xinchen visits the largest deep-sea port in West Africa and speaks with one of the first engineers who joined the project. The port, built and managed by China Harbour Engineering Company, is a key project under the Belt and Road Initiative.
