Ikenna Emewu, editor-in-chief of Africa China Economy Magazine, is one of the scholars who sent a joint letter to Chinese President Xi Jinping, emphasizing the historic achievements of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and expressing hopes for new developments in China-Africa cooperation.
