The scorching heat lingers on! As we transition into autumn, summer hasn't quite loosened its grip on southwest China's Chongqing. With temperatures reaching a scorching 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) on Sunday, the giant pandas at one city zoo could only find relief by lounging around on blocks of ice to keep cool.
