The African Union Commission is a member of FOCAC. CGTN's Wang Mangmang spoke to Rahmat Allah Mohamed Osman, permanent representative of the African Union to China. They discussed the collaboration between China and Africa in industrialization, agricultural modernization and talent development. Osman emphasized the importance of nurturing young talent to achieve the goals of Agenda 2063.
