In recent years, China has strengthened its offshore oil exploration activities. As a major player in the industry, the China National Offshore Oil Corporation is looking to attract global partners. At the 2024 China International Import Expo, participating companies visited the firm to discuss opportunities for future cooperation. Ning Hong reports.
Organizers of this year's China International Import Expo have invited twenty-four exhibitors to visit the China National Offshore Oil Corporation's Bohai Oilfield in Tianjin, where they held discussions with Chinese companies about future collaboration.

In terms of offshore oil exploration, China has long had an open attitude. Through the China International Import Expo, more multinational companies and suppliers are gaining a better understanding into the Chinese industry.
