Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday met with Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema, who is in Beijing for the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. During the meeting, Xi hailed the trilateral cooperation agreement reached by China, Zambia and Tanzania regarding the revitalization of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) railway route.
