Nigeria's Minister of Foreign Affairs Yusuf Tuggar told CGTN that African countries, including Nigeria, have the right to choose to cooperate with China in pursuit of common development. "China's investment and involvement in Africa is not resource exploitation," he said, adding that Western countries should not view African nations from an infantile perspective.
