At the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summit of the Forum of China-Africa Cooperation, or the FOCAC Summit, China unveiled 10 partnership action plans for China-Africa modernization. Leaders and officials from African countries said the plans proposed by China have provided strong support for practical cooperation in various fields and provided a clear path for China and Africa to jointly pursue the dream of modernization.
