South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says the 10 partnership action plans align with the African Union's Agenda 2063. Adopted in 2015, the 50-year agenda aims to achieve seven aspirations of the African people. Over the next decade, Africa aims to be prosperous, integrated, peaceful and influential.
