China and Africa have upgraded their overall strategic positioning and are working together to explore a path of modernization that is suitable for both sides and the Global South. This is one of the important outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. The "six modernizations" proposed by President Xi Jinping were positively responded to and included in the Beijing Declaration. The 10 partnership actions were included in the Action Plan, providing a clear path for the two sides to implement the relevant consensus in the next three years.
