Texas may not be the first place that comes to mind when you think about the traditional Chinese folk art of lion dancing. But for the past 25 years, students at the University of Texas at Austin have been practicing and performing the art. The overall goal of the troupe is to share and, in many cases, introduce the art of lion dance to the community.
