Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing on September 5. President Xi's speech received a warm response in Tunisia. Former Tunisian diplomat and geopolitical expert Ahmed Ounaies commented on the speech, noting that China's development experience offers valuable lessons for Tunisia.
