Nearly 700 kilometers away from Beijing's Forbidden City lies another centuries-old wonder – the Shenyang Palace Museum. Built in 1625, it stands as a testament to the rise of China's last dynasty, which extended its reach across the country before the capital was moved to Beijing. They are the only two well-preserved ancient palace complexes in China. Don't miss The Vibe's special coverage of the Mid-Autumn Festival on September 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on CGTN.
