The first report on China-Latin America and Caribbean states' human rights has been released. The report says China has been practicing the view of promoting human rights through development. Victor Gao, chair professor at Soochow University, says that China and Latin America and Caribbean states share mutual interests and equal bases and can learn from each other's experiences in common development.
