Argentine expert: China doesn't want to replace U.S. as 'global police'

The first China-Latin America and Caribbean States Roundtable on Human Rights kicked off in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Tuesday. Jorge Eduardo Malena, the director of the Asian Affairs Committee of the Argentine Council for International Relations, said that China is not interested in either preserving the status quo or replacing the U.S. as the "global police."
