Li Delu works for the Fushun Petrochemical Company in Liaoning Province and is the founder of the Jusha Social Work Service Center. For many years, he has led nearly 1,000 volunteers in various charitable activities, such as protecting the Hunhe River and donating to disadvantaged children. He believes that volunteer service evokes the spirit of legendary figure Lei Feng, as it involves dedication, love, and progress.
