With the Mid-Autumn Festival just a few days away, demand is growing for the mooncake, a must-have treat for Chinese people during the festival. A mooncake production line is in full gear in Shenchi County, northern China's Shanxi Province. The pastry is known as Shenchi mooncake, a provincial intangible cultural heritage in Shanxi.
