Mid-Autumn Festival signals the presence of lantern displays all over Hong Kong, in parks and along the harbor front. The tradition of paper crafts is part of the city's cultural heritage. Among these master paper lantern makers is Kenneth Mo Cheuk-Kei, who's been in the business for 27 years – and is dedicated to preserving this cultural tradition. Laura Westbrook went to meet him.
