Bebinca, the 13th typhoon of this year, made landfall in Shanghai at about 7:30 a.m. on Monday, according to the Shanghai meteorological observatory. Neighboring cities, including Suzhou, are also being affected. Footage of the typhoon's passage was captured opposite the Suzhoubei Railway Station. Click on the video to check it out.
