European tour operators explore tourism resources in China

Nearly 60 experts and tour operators from seven European countries, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Austria, concluded a tour of China, exploring its tourism resources, organized by CTG Travel. They set out from Europe and first arrived in Beijing. The ancient palaces and modern buildings gave them a feel of the profound heritage and vigorous vitality of the capital city. 

After concluding their journey in Beijing, they began an 8-day tour of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a place where Eastern and Western civilizations meet. Xinjiang attracts countless people with its unique multicultural ethos and world-class cultural tourism sites. During this tour, the delegation visited Kashgar, Kizilsu Kirgiz, Turpan and Urumqi, where they interacted with local residents, enjoyed local cuisine and experienced the rich history and culture of Xinjiang and the customs of ethnic minorities. Tourism experts in the delegation said Xinjiang is an important stop on the ancient Silk Road. The delegates said they look forward to strengthening cooperation with Xinjiang and discovering more high-quality tourism resources and will definitely recommend Xinjiang to tourists back at home.
