Blood banks have opened to help Lebanon's hospitals in the aftermath of Tuesday's deadly pager explosions. The explosions killed nine, including an 8-year-old girl, and wounded at least 2,750 others, of which 200 were in critical condition, Lebanese Health Minister Firas Abiad said.
