UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said he was deeply alarmed by reports that a large number of communication devices exploded across Lebanon and Syria on Tuesday and Wednesday.
At a press conference held on Wednesday at the UN headquarters in New York City, Guterres condemned the attacks and warned of a serious escalation of the situation in Lebanon.
