Eleven journalists from nine African countries attended a week-long "China Up-Close" tour in Hunan Province this September. The trip focused on modern agricultural techniques, which play a key role in sustainable development across many African nations. The delegation visited several villages to learn about China's experience in agriculture, agritourism, environmental management and poverty alleviation. Cameroonian journalist Celeste mentioned that she plans to create a documentary about the transformation of Hunan's villages. CGTN's Mi Sutong joined the group to witness her African colleagues' journey in China.
