At least 31 people were killed, including three children, and 68 were injured in an Israeli strike on Beirut's southern suburbs on Friday, CGTN correspondent Zahraa Alderzi reported from Beirut at a news conference on Saturday, quoting Lebanese Health Minister Firas Abiad.
The total death toll from the pagers and walkie-talkie explosions and the airstrike on the Beirut suburb over the past few days reached 70.
