A moose, a first-class protected animal in China, was recently spotted in the Shengshan National Nature Reserve in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. Moose have large bodies and long legs similar, with raised shoulders that resemble a camel's hump. They typically inhabit subarctic coniferous and mixed forests.
