The BRICS Seminar on Governance and Cultural Exchanges Forum 2024 was held on Monday in Moscow, focusing on BRICS countries' paths to modernization. The event was attended by more than 120 representatives from BRICS countries and international organizations. Mushahid Hussain, chairman of the Pakistan-China Institute, said BRICS is a very important instrument in building an alternative world view in an emerging global order.
