China on Wednesday launched the commercial Lijian-1 Y4 carrier rocket, sending five satellites into planned orbit. The rocket blasted off at 7:33 Beijing Time from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China. The satellites onboard the rocket are the CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences)-01 and CAS-02, the Jilin-1 SAR 01A, and the Yunyao-1 21 and 22.
