On Monday, the Chinese mainland's national security ministry said a Taiwan military-backed hacking group called Anonymous 64 has been carrying out cyber attacks against targets on the mainland. On Wednesday, during a regular press briefing by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, a spokesperson said the cyber attacks by the hacking group show the hypocrisy and insidious nature of the Democratic Progressive Party authorities in the Taiwan region.
