As the saying goes, "To understand the world's bamboo, look to China; to understand China's bamboo, look to Anji." Anji County, Zhejiang Province, is known as China's bamboo heartland. Although Anji accounts for less than 1 percent of the country's bamboo forest area, it contributes over 5 percent of the national bamboo industry output, bringing new economic opportunities for Anji. CGTN host Gasthoori Manickam and reporter Dai Kaiyi visit the Bamboo Impression Museum to explore the sustainable manufacturing of Anji's bamboo. Meanwhile, CGTN host Mike Walter and reporter Chen Lanyou explore the Bamboo Expo Park, learning about the pristine ecological history of Anji's bamboo.
