Israeli air defense systems intercepted a surface-to-surface missile detected crossing from Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Wednesday after sirens sounded in the economic hub Tel Aviv and surrounding areas.
No damage or casualties were reported and the military said there was no change to civil defense instructions.
