Participants at the 21st China-ASEAN Expo, which kicked off on September 24 in Nanning, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, emphasized the importance of deepening economic and trade cooperation between the two sides.
The opening ceremony attracted about 1,100 participants, including Chinese and foreign leaders, government officials, entrepreneurs and scholars from international organizations in countries including Poland, America and New Zealand. The China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit is being held alongside the expo. Since the first China-ASEAN Expo was held in 2004, the event has actively built a platform for ASEAN enterprises to enter the Chinese market.
