The Israeli military says it is preparing for a possible ground incursion into Lebanon. Hezbollah claims it has been preparing for such an event since 2006. James M. Dorsey, an adjunct senior fellow at Singapore's S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, says that an Israeli ground incursion is likely and that it would be an "in-and-out" operation rather than a permanent presence.
