Professor Justin Yifu Lin, honorary dean of the School of National Development at Peking University, believes that accusing China of over-capacity or dumping EVs is against economic fundamentals, as countries like Germany export most of their automobile capacity at a cost much lower than China can produce, while China just exports a small number of cars to the EU.
