In Jiangsu Province, more than 2,900 themed events and 629 consumer incentives have been launched as part of the "tourism +" concept, reported China Central Television. The Shishan market in Suzhou, for example, featured a vibrant mix of over 100 creative booths and stalls, showcasing the integration of tourism with sports, gourmet food and cultural products.

Meanwhile, in Shanghai, a brand-new riverside commercial street – offering light shows by the water and a retro roller skating experience – has officially opened, adding to the city's attraction.

Hangzhou has also embraced innovative consumption experiences. It is hosting an international baking culture festival along its lakeside pedestrian streets, featuring more than 30 Chinese brands, alongside the opening of an art tour by the French Lyon Theatre Troupe.
