Miao people celebrate Lusheng Festival

The Lusheng Festival is a time when people of the Miao ethnic group come together in joyous celebration, singing and dancing to mark the harvest. As young men and women dressed in their finest traditional attire meet at the festival, sparks of love are ignited. To the melodious accompaniment of the lusheng music, laughter and singing can be heard, conveying the romantic spirit of the Miao people.
