A grand fireworks show was held in Qingxu County on the outskirts of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The event was hosted on the first day of the weeklong National Day holiday, attracting more than 300,000 spectators. Nearly 100,000 fireworks of various patterns were featured in the show performed by Chinese, Russian and Italian teams.
