During the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in September, CGTN's Wang Guan spoke with Nangolo Mbumba, the president of Namibia, in Beijing about the enduring friendship between China and Namibia, as well as the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the SWAPO party. President Mbumba emphasized that the foundation of this friendship was established long ago in the 1960s. Namibia appreciates China's ongoing support and collaboration in its development efforts.
