Top seed Sun Yingsha beat qualifier Fan Siqi in four straight games to set up a final with Wang Manyu in the women's singles finals at the World Table Tennis (WTT) China Smash in Beijing.
A dark horse of the event, Fan enjoyed a smooth journey from qualification to the semifinals, but Sun, currently ranked Wolrd No. 1, took the first game 11-7.
Sun then dominated the second game 11-5 and quickly claimed the third 11-3 before winning the fourth game 11-9.

In another competitve match, Wang Manyu secured her spot in the final by beating teammate Chen Xingtong.
Wang won the first game 11-6, and then grabbed a game point in the second as Chen found the net and Wang claimed victory at 11-7. Wang then dominated the third 11-4.
The fourth seed Chen battled back to win the fourth game 11-5 with several big smashes. Chen, however, came out on top in the fifth game 11-8 when Wang hit wide.
The 25-year-old Wang held on to win the hard-fought sixth game 13-11 to set up the final that most were hoping to see against Sun.
