Chinese stocks soared at the market opening today, with the three major indexes all surging by over 10 percent. This follows a slew of stimulus measures from Beijing last month aimed at boosting the country's high-quality economic development. In an interview with CGTN, Xiao Geng, Associate Dean of the School of Public Policy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, pointed out that this marks a significant turning point. He added that the global economy could benefit from China's policy adjustments.
