The top state economic planner said the nation is on track for steady and healthy economic growth toward its full-year growth targets. Market sentiment has improved recently with a well-performing stock market and a resurgent consumer market over the National Day holiday.  In an interview with CGTN's Tian Wei, Hubertus Vaeth, the managing director of Frankfurt Main Finance, said the stimulus goes beyond short-term liquidity boosts; it's laying the groundwork for a long-term economic shift.
