China's central bank announced Thursday that it has decided to set up a Securities, Funds, and Insurance companies Swap Facility (SFISF) to promote stable growth in the capital market. Pan Gongsheng, governor of the central bank, said a further 500 billion yuan could be launched if the new swap tool proves effective.
