Volunteer bakers and residents made steamed buns in the shape of peaches at a community kitchen in Yangquan City, north China's Shanxi Province, on Friday. The activity was held to mark the Chongyang Festival, also known as the Double Ninth Festival, which fell on October 11 this year. The craft of making "longevity peach buns" is a city-level intangible cultural heritage in Yangquan.
