The Eastern Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has successfully completed "Joint Sword-2024B" drills and fully tested the integrated joint operation capabilities of its troops on Monday, according to Senior Captain Li Xi, spokesperson of the PLA Eastern Theater Command. 

Troops of the theater command are always on high alert, keep strengthening combat readiness with arduous training, and will foil the "Taiwan Independence" separatist attempts, Li said.
