Tate Liverpool is the largest modern and contemporary art museum in the UK outside of London and is also a member of the Tate Gallery. In China, the art gallery has partnered with the Museum of Art Pudong in Shanghai. There it's presenting a large-scale exhibition on J.M.W Turner, one of the 19th century's greatest British painters. Our reporter Wang Siwen spoke with Helen Legg, the director of Tate Liverpool, on her thoughts on recent cultural exchanges.
