There are several shared challenges for both China and Europe, such as aging populations and the rise of artificial intelligence, Jürg Burri, ambassador of Switzerland to China, told CGTN at the 2024 China-Europe Talent Forum. He believes that the labor force must adapt to new situations and mutual learning between China and Europe is essential.
