Rashid Yusupov, director of the Belt and Road Research Center of Kyrgyz National University for Nationalities, delivered a speech at the Global South Think Tanks Forum, where he said that the era of a single dominant power is coming to an end. He believes that a multipolar and just world is what the countries of the Global South should strive for.
