Allawi Ssemanda, executive director of Uganda Development Watch Center delivered a speech at the Global South Think Tanks Forum, where he discussed the responsibility of think tanks to urge governments and social organizations to work together in combating global challenges and shaping a harmonious, equitable, and dignified world. Ssemanda says this forum and the initiatives signed represent a significant step toward achieving this goal.
