Phosy Keomanyvong, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos, said that as a developing country with a huge population and economy, China has always attached importance to friendly cooperation with other, especially developing, countries while being devoted to its own development. The proposal and practice of China's solutions and wisdom, such as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind, has benefited many countries, he said.
