Sithixay Xayavong, director of the Chinese Studies Center at the National University of Laos said that the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and a series of global initiatives put forward by China provide useful exploration, effective practice and tangible models for cooperation among developing countries in the world, as well as for the reform and improvement of the global governance system and the promotion of the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
